第３０１夜　ディスク交換

さて作者の使っているVAIOノートももう４年になる。そして最近ハードディスクの動きがあやしい（＾＾；
ということでハードディスクの寿命を予測するソフト
HDD Health
なるソフトを入れたところ案の定、来年中には寿命がくるようだ。。。あくまで予想だけどね
（使い方は、英語だし丸１日くらい使わないと寿命がでないとか、ちょっと癖があるので他のサイトでさがしてみてほしい。）
ちょっと変な音もしだしたのでパソコンごと買い換えたいけど、そうもいかないのでディスク交換をすることにした。で、ここ数日いろんなショップを巡っているとDOS/Vパラダイスで
TOSHIBA製で容量が４０GB　回転速度５４００ｒｐｍ　キャッシュ１６MB　なるディスクを見つけた。
ん？キャッシュ１６MB？いまどきはそんなのもあるんだと時代の変化に驚いたりしたけど、今のスペックが容量２０GB　回転速度４２００ｒｐｍ　キャッシュ２MBだからちょっと高かったけど即購入した（＾＾）ｖ

せっかくだからクリーンインストールと言いたい所だけど、めんどくさいので今の環境を移行することにした（＾＾；
しかしこれが中々手こずって結局今日一日かかってしまったわけで。。。デスクトップが1台あれば楽にすんだんだけどね〜(>_<)
まあそんなこんなで入れ替えてさっそく起動してみると、起動時間が速い！ディスクアクセスも、もっすごく速い！
まさに３倍の体感速度だ！ベンチマークで計るとほぼディスクアクセスのスコアが３倍近くになってるし！
う〜ん、これほどとは思わなかったが、まあCPUやメモリはそのまんまなので、その辺は変わらないんだけどね。
とはいえこれでしばらくは快適に使えそうだ（＾＾）
